December 19

Missed points for the finale, episode 13: RIZO – 5 points – played idol on himself at tribal
Congratulations to Paige on her first big win! Real tight going into finale, but the Sophi surge took her over the top. Jamie finishes 2nd and Matt M. takes home 3rd. Dan wins his first Aqua Dump Cup of dead last!
Congrats to Paige, Jamie, Christina, Matt M., and the newcomers Nicky N and Tim for picking the winner! Hasn’t been done a lot. If I’ve learned anything, it’s don’t pick the alternates? EFFFFF MEEEE SNAKE BOY
Thank you for playing this season! I will have all the info about the new points system once the Tribunal confirms the new format. I can’t wait to be bad at that version too! 50 is gonna be wild. Have a good holiday!

10 points added to Stephen for being voted out unanimously.
14 head slaps in frustration awarded to Sophi for her terrible use of Knowledge is Power. Hope you enjoyed your million-dollar margarita!
Holy smokes, looks like the Toilet Bowl might still be in a dogfight! Dan just dropped to last.
One more episode! Jamie could hold on but Paige is looking sneaky. Sage vs Sophi could be the difference.

December 04

5 points added back on Savannah’s points in Episode 10 for playing that extra vote at Tribal.
Getting a lot of requests to update the race for 13th place: Commish looks good, but Chelsea and Bri could be trouble. Winner gets a gift card to Randy River!!

November 30

Noticed Global didn’t give Savannah 5 points for playing extra vote advantage. Maybe ’cause we know it was played, but aren’t confirmed yet WHO played it. Sav will get her 5 points for it next week, or maybe it was Riz God? Mario World Tribals.
This is the final three: Sophi, Sophie, Savannah. Sophie posted a weird rant video about Rizo– saying something about how he’s bad at making fires– so… Does Riz lose the fire challenge? Stay tuned, I’m good at picking player outcomes.
Final weeks ahead, three eps? Jamie looking strong, Matt DONC not far back. It’s a Riz vs Kristina battle for the crown. 3rd is a log jam. Paige looks good. Three time winner Jeff looks like he might’ve clinched dead last. I’m a floating fart at the bottom, as always.

November 27

[takes glasses off] All of you look me DEAD IN THE EYES and tell me you envisioned Kristina being 1st place for points with 3 eps to go. THREE PEOPLE PICKED HER. NO WINNERS, NO MERGIES.
What I’m trying to say is, it’s all poppadonk. A game of SNAKES and BEACHES.
If Kristina is next out, Survivor will be canceled. YOU SEEING WHAT I’M SEEING? THE JURY SO FAR? Look again. YEAH.

November 20

So it was clarified in Episode 9 by Jeff Probst that Savannah did indeed win individual immunity in Episode 8, still I’d say in a weird backhanded way. I upgraded her group immunity back up to individual, added 10 points for a total of 33.
All other point adjustments stay the same.
Gonna be a photo finish for 1st, and 3rd is looking like a dog fight!

November 14

Update: Global changed MC to 10 points like I did. Shouldn’t have played that idol!
A Tribunal has been formed with the original poolies Taylor, Zach, Shaun and the commish. We have had some HOT debates on Savannah’s point total for episode 8, but have chosen to honor my changes in the end with a 3-1 vote. CASE BE CLOSED, MAN.
Any time there’s some point weirdness that’s at conflict with Global, we’ll debate and come to a decision.

November 13

GLOBAL aka YO ADRIAN decided to make a mess of the points this week, so I’m gonna do my best to fix this. ON MY BIRTHDAY, ADRIAN?
Savannah: Global gave her 38. It’s less. They gave her 15 for individual immunity and 10 for individual reward. EXCUSE ME? She won group reward (5 points) and group immunity (5 points). Savannah gets dropped from 38 to 23 points.
Group immunity added to Alex, Kristina, Sophi and Steven. All get a 5 point bump.
MC: I’m sticking with what has been awarded in the past for “voted out unanimously” and she counts 4-1. So a parting 10 points for MC. For example, Shannon was given that when she was voted out 3-1, Jason when it was 5-1. I think it’s if the one vote elsewhere is the person who can’t vote for themself, and it’s a majority.

First missed points of the season for episode 06 (from Global site): Kristina, 5 points, swear bear. I think it was when she was tying them sticks together? Anyway, I made note of the mouth blur.
One more episode, then we pick our Merge Picks. I’ll send out Google Doc again. So far, only Paige and Matt M still have all their picks for potential swap or not swap. Everyone else gets to add a player to their team.

Welcome all new players! I’m Matt, the frigging Commish.

The Basics

We watch the first two episodes and scout out who we like.
After episode 02 airs, I’ll send out a Google Form doc for you to fill out. You need to pick your TOP SIX players from any tribe who you think will go the distance.
Of your six players picked, you need to choose one of them who will be your WINNER pick. If they win the season, you’ll get a bonus 30 points.
Once the merge happens (usually episode six) you’ll be able to pick one player to add to your team for the rest of the season IF YOU’VE LOST AT LEAST ONE PERSON on your team. (I will send out another Google Form for this).
If we hit the merge and your team’s fully in tact, you have the option of swapping one player for another. PLEASE NOTE that WINNER PICK BONUSES can’t be swapped. (You can still swap a winner pick, but will forfeit the potential bonus)

Other Notes

We mainly stick to the Global TV site for points. Ignore their setup rules, just follow for points.
I will send Google Form to make picks on Thursday October 2nd.
The DEADLINE to get your picks in is Tuesday October 7th, 10:00 PM EST.
(There are a lot of people now so please stick to this deadline.)
The site we use to keep track of pool was done by my talented wife, Taylor.

September 14

OH ME, OH MY! Survivor returns Wednesday September 24th. We’ll watch the first two episodes again before making our choices of six tribe members, from any tribe. Pick on of those as your winner.
Sophi vs Sophie. I know this is gonna be a thing. Look– There’s two Sophies. Make sure you know which one you want when giving me a Sophy pick. I despise the dropped E, so she’ll probably win.
